Our all-inclusive hire packages are available to everyone, with no need for disability allowance eligibility. From free home delivery to fully comprehensive insurance, everything is covered from day one - with no hidden costs.
Minimum hire period of 1 year. All prices are fully all-inclusive — everything listed below is covered at no extra cost.

Every scooter is delivered free of charge, straight to your door across mainland England, Wales and Scotland.
Free Home Delivery & Full Demo.
One of our friendly engineers will deliver your scooter, set it up and guide you through everything you need to know. We’ll only leave when you feel confident and ready to go.
Changed your mind? No problem - we’ll collect the scooter free of charge and issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Free Home Delivery
Our trusted delivery network ensures your scooter arrives fully assembled, fully charged and ready to go - with no setup needed.

Free home delivery and full setup with one of our friendly engineers is available across mainland England and Wales. Standard delivery is available across mainland Scotland via our trusted delivery network. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or offshore islands at this time.
Once your order is confirmed, your scooter will usually arrive within 5–8 working days (Monday to Friday).

Changed your mind?
You’ll have a 2-week cooling-off period from the day your scooter is delivered. If you decide it’s not right for you, we’ll collect it free of charge and issue a full refund.
A £75 collection fee only applies where incorrect size or portability information was given at the time of order - and is waived if you arrange your own return.

In England and Wales, a professional engineer will deliver and set up your scooter, then guide you through everything you need to know before they leave.
Repair Support & Your Rights
Under the rental terms and conditions, MGIANT1 is obligated to maintain your equipment in good working order. If the scooter does not meet satisfactory condition, you have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery, or to request a repair or replacement. If a repair attempt fails, you may reject the equipment and receive a proportional refund — accounting for use and any customer-caused damage. Collection in these cases is arranged at no cost to you.
Customer Care
The hire service is designed to be entirely hassle-free. You do not need to be in receipt of disability allowances to qualify — the service is open to everyone. Our team is available by phone to assist with placing orders, answering questions, and resolving any concerns throughout your hire period.
